What we store
When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord ID, username, and avatar so we can recognize your account and check your server roles. When you link Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok, we store that platform's account ID, username, and an encrypted OAuth token so we can check whether a claimed video meets a reward's requirements. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are only used for the API calls described here — never to post, comment, or act as you.
What we check on linked accounts
For an active claim, we read your recent public uploads to find one containing your claim code, then read that video's public engagement numbers (likes, views, comments, or shares, depending on the reward) until the claim is verified or expires. We do not read private messages, private videos, or content unrelated to an active claim.
Who can see it
BeafSMP staff with admin access can see your Discord username, linked platform usernames, and claim history to review and fulfill claims. We do not sell or share this data with anyone outside the BeafSMP team.
Retention and removal
Data is kept while your account is active. You can unlink a platform account at any time from your dashboard, which deletes its stored token immediately. To remove your account entirely, ask a BeafSMP admin in Discord.
